Account deletion request

Request deletion of your DawaSphere login and personal profile. Requests are reviewed and approved requests have a seven-day grace period before processing.

Data deleted or anonymised

Your name, email, phone number, password, and security secrets.

Active sessions, refresh tokens, device/push tokens, and old notifications.

Your account is disabled permanently after processing.

Records that may be retained

Sales, invoices, payments, accounting entries, and audit logs may be retained where required for legal, tax, fraud-prevention, or business-record obligations.

Pharmacy owners must complete ownership transfer and outstanding business checks before approval.

Verify your identity

Sign in before submitting. If two-factor authentication is enabled, the existing one-time authenticator-code step is required automatically.
